Steps to reproduce:

Open any html5 banner converted in Google Swiffy or maked in Adobe Edge. The best case - is two of them in separate windows and switch between windows several times.

The problem occurs after the upgrade to version 41 at the operating system OS X El Capitan. Both of these updates have occurred at the same time, and I don't know what was the root cause


Actual results:

All of the firefox windows becomes freezed and overlap all the screen. In some cases FF windows became black without any ui and content, only system buttons on top. Switching to other application is impossible because firefox overlap all the other windows. All the windows have a very big blue focus shadow


Expected results:

Normal windows resizing and switching. Problem

Looks like the other firefox windows also has problems with "z-index" on OS level
