:dherman, can you help us find a responsible party who owns and manages this server?

Allen Wirfs-Brock was the main one using the TC39 Bugzilla instance, but he's left and no longer TC39 editor. The new editor is Brian Terlson of Microsoft. Can we get him admin privileges to the Bugzilla so that he can help with these kinds of situations? And who should be his point person in IT if he needs help with the VM?
Thanks!
Dave

Followup: atoll, at the risk of just turning the question around to you, do you know who in IT might be able to help us diagnose the actual outgoing-email issue? I think justdave originally set up the bugzilla instance for me years ago, but neither I nor Allen have any particular admin skills, so we don't really have the wherewithal to fix this problem.
Thanks again,
Dave

As best as I've been able to piece together in conversations with dherman and poking around at the system, this is a community-managed server which was previously maintained by Allen Wirfs-Brock, and there was apparently no formal handoff of maintenance duties when he left, which means it is technically no longer owned. Since Brian Terlson is who replaced him, it would make sense for him to take it over... does he have sysadmin experience and will he know what to do with it if we let him in? :-) This would involve periodically running package security updates on the OS and fixing issues when things break. Not sure what assistance IT can provide - I don't technically work in that part of IT anymore. I may be able to help with the immediate problem though (on a volunteer basis as a community member who happens to have access to the box).

I am capable of using SSH and know my way around *nix so it should be no problem. I can give references if required ;)

Email me a copy of your public ssh key (attached, not in the body of the message, email tends to line break in ways that break the keys in the body of the message)

(Triage notes: I've really no idea where we should end up this bug. But it says Community and IT, so I'm going to start with Community IT, since it's otherwise entirely unowned AFAICT by the Moco IT group.)
Assignee: server-ops-webops → nobody

It's MoCo IT.

Organization: Mozilla Corporation (MOZIL-1)
We don't have any infra on Mozilla owned metal.
Ah, I see, this is hosted in Community VLAN, which is literally the Wild West as far as unowned things are concerned.
This bug should really be filed in the bugs.ecmascript.org bugzilla instance.
So I'm closing it for lack of any other idea on what to do here.
Dave, I'm leaving your needinfo in place, but you may want to email Brian directly and hash out whatever y'all need to work out here.
