I reset my phone and I don't know where I've put the printable codes.
Hi Armen, Service Desk is now handling the identity-verification part. Can you file a Service Desk request under Accounts and User Requests > Accounts > Other User Requests saying that you need identity verification for a BMO 2FA reset and provide this bug number?

Hi Mark, I was told by OpSec that 2FA for bugzilla is still being handled by the BMO team. I am not in the loop nor have any info on this outside of that. The only thing we are currently doing in Service Desk is handling Duo accounts currently enforced for VPN and SSH.
