Currently select controls render, but options do not when focusing on the drop down.

Fabrice - this allows Graphene to render select options as HTML inside of Graphene apps. Surfacing the necessary XUL to render select options seemed like quite a large amount of work, but this might be a reasonable workaround for now. Please take a look and let me know what you think. Thanks!
