Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open the browser. 2.Go to Address Book. 3.Click 'File'->'New'->'Address Book'. 4.Input Address Book Name, such as 'test', click OK. 5.Create another address book , using the same name'test', click OK. Expected Results: Proper error message should be given,and the second address book should not be created. Actual Results: The second address book is created successfully.
