The TV UA string after bug 1199592 landed is like this:

Mozilla/5.0 (TV; rv:44.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/44.0

We currently have 3 vimeo bugs opened.

966919  event.preventDefault() does not cancel default 
        action of "touchend" event (resulting in click events

I still get mobile version on nexus player, local build from ftesng on 20160520.

Use the user agent string in comment 2 gets the same result.
