This has been working fine for me on Linux for a while.

Is this a recent regression, or is it platform-specific?

I've reproduced it on two machines on Windows. The STR got truncated at the hambuger unicode:

* Enable e10s
* Hamburger -> Print
* Print...
* Microsoft Print to PDF
* OK

Expected results:

File saves to disk.

Actual results:

Permission error message.
