I'm not working on Sync and it's too bad this is unassigned.
I'm skeptical if someone in the FxOS Sync team will work on this.
Michiel, can you redirect this for me or close as wontfix?

We no longer have a stand-alone 'Sync team' within Connected Devices, redirecting to Sean Lee (Smart TV).

I consult the build system peer, Ricky, that he said it's not trivial to add a un-minified version then build a minified one in the current build system architecture. 
I would suggest to make it as a low priority because I don't see a urgent requirement for two device branches (v2.5, v2.6). Thanks.
