Steps to reproduce:

I'm trying to contribute in l10n where 
1) I have went through https://wiki.mozilla.org/L10n:Starting_a_localization

2) I was wondering for irc channel where I get some instruction within it "The #l10n IRC channel" tag is mentioned.After clicking on it following results I get.


Actual results:

It lead to irc://irc.mozilla.org/l10n which shows blank page.


Expected results:

Expected result should be list of IRC channel.that is https://wiki.mozilla.org/IRC
