Flame KK FOTA update.zip does include the fingerprint as expected.

That backout was asked by myself while I was checking report from bug 1037056 comment 63. I have tested locally and I could confirm the builds available above were clean and applied properly. That will reland later.

Nuts.  This relanded today so I won't be able to test with today's build.  The 14th build doesn't look like it stayed long enough to have a build either.  I will have to test tomorrow.

Ended up on this bug from a web search so please bear with me if I'm asking the wrong questions =)

I initially "sparked" this Flame with a build from http://www.codingfree.com/firefox-os-builds

Tried updating today and got this message in yellow letters:

Package expects build fingerprint of /qcom/flame/flame:4.4.2/KOT49H/eng.cltbld.20150527.043015:userdebug/test-keys;  this device has /qcom/flame/flame:4.4.2/KOT49H/eng.firefox.20150820.040959:userdebug/test-keys
Installation aborted

Is there a way to recover or do I have a paper weight now? =(

What's the right IRC channel to talk about this and attempt a recovery?

Please do as Alexandre stated.  Flashing the phone with the base build will get you to a state where you can FOTA once again.

Clearing my name.  There's a bug in regards to having two fingerprints that already landed. one for v4 and another for v5.  Probably will file a new one to remove the v4 signature next month after people transition over.
