Mozillians.org: Each time I login to Mozillians.org, it asks me to create a new profile! When I create it , it crashes with "Something went wrong" message!

I received email: 
You have been vouched on Mozillians.org!
You are now able to search through all Mozillians profiles and you can also join groups.

When I try to login, it takes me all the time to Create Profile page. Trying to create it, it crashes and displays "Something went wrong" web page! 

I cannot use Mozillians.org anymore unless I create the page, and creating the page is not successful!

Verified on stage: It looks like the reason the error was raised is because of this traceback: https://pastebin.mozilla.org/8849749 I successfully edited my profile (both locally and on stage) changing my location to `Palestine` and it looks to be working as expected.
