When user taps check now for checking updates, devcie will keep checking status until user kills the settings process.

1. Open the settings app. 
2. Select Device Information. 
3. Tap on "Check Now" and wait.
 
[3.Expected Result]: 
3.OS will show a notifaction to inform user whether they can or can't find the updates.

3.Device will endlessly check for updates.
