I don't think so. This assertion means that one or several tile copy-on-write lock has been "leaked" (as in either really leaked or a tile hasn't been destroyed in time when the ISurfaceAllocator is destroyed).

I don't think that this can be caused by code that runs on the compositor side (as opposed to bug 1219529).
