https:// url's don't respond in 0.9.6

Details
Clicking on a link to an https:// URL, or trying to submit a form that posts to
an https:// URL get's no response, as if the link/button were a void event.
Normal forms work fine, as do normal URL's. (also, typing in an https:// in tha
address bar gets no response either)

You need to install the PSM package. If you install via RPMs, this means you
need the mozilla-psm package. If you use the installer, make sure you don't
uncheck PSM during install.
