Several tests were disabled in the latest wpt import due to instability. These are all related to navigation:

html/browsers/browsing-the-web/unloading-documents/unload/009.html.ini

This bug is to look at test issues and then file followups for anything that remains unstable after tests have been fixed.

Are these still unstable once https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/pull/2268 is merged in?
