121575 - Default browser setting not remembered

Every time I start Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.7+)
Gecko/20020120, I get told/asked "Mozilla is not your default browser.  Would
you like to make it your default browser?".  Every time I answer "yes", and
leave the "Check at startup next time, too" ticked.

If I then shut down the browser normally, and then start it again, it tells me
it is not the default browser again.  A case of amnesia?

Problem confirmed on NT 4 as well as Windows 2000 (same build - 2002012008)

Sorry if this is a dupe, but I did search for this bug and didn't find an open one.
