Looking at http://pike.github.io/firefox-l10n-tests/?file=privacy%2Fwelcome-disabled.png&locale=is, 6ch is just wide enough.

It's clipped on mac, though, which need 7ch to look ok.

That's in browser/chrome/browser/boutPrivateBrowsing.dtd, trackingProtection.state.width on aurora, and width1 on aurora, IIRC.
I saw you changed this to 7ch. So isn't this fixed?
It's fixed on aurora, but not on beta yet, as I can't make suggestions or edits on that project.
