http://pike.github.io/firefox-l10n-tests/?locale=ja&file=security%2Fev-details.png shows that at least in some scenarios, the default width of the page info dialog is too small.
I guess that some 10-20 px should be good enough.
To test, you'll need to use a fresh profile, enable chrome debugging in devtools, and use that to do a `window.resizeBy(10,0)` on the default sizing on windows.

At least, it works fine on Firefox 59.0, Windows 10.
