Seems to affect other buttons like the main action on popup notifications, on OS X at least.

I can reproduce the issue only on OS X, only on 44.0a1(2015-10-20) branch.

I verified that the patch in Bug 1216200 fixes this. I will leave this open for verification once Bug 1216200 lands.
