Thanks for reporting this problem. Netflix says that error F7111-1103-500 indicates a problem with an internal Netflix server. Their server engineers are investigating the problem now. As a temporary workaround, you can try disabling HTML5 DRM so that Netflix uses Silverlight video instead of HTML5 video: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enable-drm#w_opt-out-of-cdm-playback-uninstall-cdms-and-stop-all-cdm-downloads

I have this issue today, on Portugal. Is the fix applied world wide?
(In reply to pedrogfrancisco from comment #4) > I have this issue today, on Portugal. Is the fix applied world wide? Netflix says the fix should be live on Monday or Tuesday.
Netflix says the fix is live in production now.
The VideoPuppeteer EME test for Netflix now passes : https://treeherder.allizom.org//logviewer.html#?job_id=2145399&repo=mozilla-central I've also verified that Netflix playback is fixed on my Win 7 laptop.
Thanks for testing, Maja.
