Add delay option to taking a screenshot

Details
Often, things will load asynchronously, and you just want to screenshot to happen after a little bit and be able to walk away right now.
Seems easy enough to add the to gcli command, not sure how we would do this with the button.

There is already a delay option in the screenshot command: `screenshot --delay 5`
Not sure how to add this to the button in the toolbar though. There are many options in this command, none of which are available via the button.
Maybe we need these options to be configurable in the settings panel, next to where you enable/disable the screenshot button.
