Using jan24 commercial trunk build
Since the fix(es) applied from bug 91753, I see the File button is missing its
arrow indicating folder dropdown as indicated in the (jan18) updated spec.

taking - probably a themes issue.

Just FYI: I don't see the arrow in either Modern or Classic

Nominating and approving. This is a big usability issue. Users won't know this
is a button menu without the visual cue of the arrow. This is also a regression
from 6.2.
