The OpenH264 plugin version 1.5.1 is now ready.  It can be found here:
https://github.com/cisco/openh264/tree/v1.5.1-Firefox39
Current tip is commit 1539616777fe0f4bd6c3c09e18436e916640c2dd .

It builds with the gmp-api from Firefox39.

This patch release is to fix the plugin crash during destroying the OpenH264 decoder or encoder.
