1217124 - Expand, Minimize and Close buttons do not display

Actual Result:
The minimize, expand and close buttons that normally display in the top right hand corner of the screen do not display. 

Expected Result:
These buttons(minimize, expand and close) should display in the default locations of the OS, in this case in the top right hand corner of the window. 

Steps to Recreate:
1.) Install the metrole theme from addons.mozilla.org
2.) Download window blinds and install the corporate theme. 
3.) Launch Firefox Developer. 
4.) Observe there are no buttons for to minimize, expand or close the window.

Based on your about:support there is a newer Intel graphics driver available. Can you please update and confirm if the issue still exists?

Yes I will do that. Also, I have to other configs that are experiencing the issue where it does not give the user to select 1080p. One is stuck at 360 the other maxes at 720. Do you want these reported or in the bugs portion of the form do you just want to reference a duplicate?

Please report a separate bug for this issue and provide system configs for *all* systems affected.
