Details

In Bug 1194561 a broken lock icon was added for http connections in the netmonitor. Local connections are marked as potentially secure by looking at the host string: https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/mozilla-inbound/rev/bf655c6d3c62#l1.23. I believe that we should be using a shared utility for getting this secure context instead of rolling it ourselves in the netmonitor.
