This issue appears to be memory related as I cannot reproduce in 512MB Flame or Aries. There could be other ways of getting this bug but here's what I have:

STR:
0) Flame is in 319MB memory
1) Go to Settings > languages, and change language to Arabic
2) Back out and go into Keyboards > first option (the option below backing out)
3) Once the list is loaded (it takes a few seconds), rotate the phone to landscape orientation
4) Tap on the back arrow button to back out
5) Once you see a blank Settings page, tap Home button

Expected: Home screen should be displayed correctly

Actual: Home screen displays multiple app icons as enlarged until device reboot

Repro rate: 4 out of 5

This issue does not occur on the legacy homescreen on the same environment as comment 0.

Not a blocker since it only affects 319MB.  Chris do you have any opinions here?

I think this will be fixed by fixing bug 1220186 - there are some weird edge cases that can kill icon sizing I think and I've not managed to reproduce or track them all down... Let's re-examine this after that gets fixed.
