Details

We already have a webapi [1] for enabling/disabling tethering, however, only wifi type is supported at the moment. We should use this instead of "tethering.usb.enabled" settings to enable/disable usb tethering. [1] https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/dom/webidl/MozTetheringManager.webidl
