Description

I sometimes have problems making out which tab is active and which tabs are
inactive. I don't know if this is related to the tabs or the chrome, but it
would be nice if the tabs were more distinctive. Perhaps the inactive tabs
could be shaded (grayed out) or made a different color.

I just changed to the Modern skin/chrome, and it's much clearer. Perhaps we
could get the default (Classic) chrome more distinctive as well.
