This fail reached 59 failures in the last 7 days. All fails are on "debug" and: linux32 - 27 failures linux64 - 14 failures linux64-qr - 11 failures osx-10-10 - 4 failures windows10-64-ccov - 1 failures Andrew, Peter, did you had the chance to take a look over it?

Made a patch for disabling this on Linux debug because of frequent failures. Please take a look. Thanks.
