[Repro Steps]:
Prereq: Install a home screen from webIDE
1. Go to Settings -> Home Screens -> Change Home Screen
2. Tap installed home screen name for details
3. Tap delete button 3 times

[Actual Result]: 
3 delete confirmation pop up

[Expected Result]:
Delete confirmation shown immediately after tap and only 1 confirmation screen is shown
