[1.Description]:
[B2GDroid] When you move the volume slider in Sound Settings Panel,  the volume of all tones and sounds can't be changed.

1. Go to settings and select Sound.  
2. Move the volume slider in Sound Settings Panel. 

[3.Expected Result]: 
2.The volume of all tones and sounds should be changed when you move the volume slider.

2.The volume of all tones and sounds can't be changed in fact.

This function works normally on latest build of Flame v2.5 & Aries v2.5.
