as in summary. i attach the image that explain the problem bettere than words.
I was affected by this bug with a couple of build post 097, but in that previous
builds i just reload page and it has been displayed correctly.
In this build, the page is always diplayed like in the attachment.
Reproducible: Always

Also seeing this problem, with 2002012403, Win95. Not visible, for me, on
previous builds. Simple reload (F5) does fix the problem. Doesn;t seem identical
to bug 120946. Markking as new.
Ooops! I should have seen that before. It's a dupe.
