When I open enough tabs to see the scroll UI and go to the full screen and back, the tabs position seems moved to the left (not the whole last tab visible) and some shadow seems missing too.
(latest beta, el capitan)

I see the same on 41 (10.10), 34 (10.11), on 33 it needs one more tab to appear and with 28.0 I don't see it (but tabs look quite different also).
