[1.Description]:
[B2GDroid]Go to settings -> Media storage, and scroll to Advanced-> Default media location ,  the device can't scan the SD Card, the change button is gray and can't be edited. And Music, Video, Gallery can not scan films on the SD card.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Premise:There is a SD Card on the device.

1. Go to settings -> Media storage.
2. Scroll to Advanced-> Default media location 
3. Observe.
4. Back to home screen and launch Music, Video or Gallery.

[3.Expected Result]: 
In step 3, user could press change, and change the media location to SDCard or Internal Storage. 
In step 4, Music, Video, Gallery can scan films on the SD card.

[4.Actual Result]: 
In step 3, the device can't scan the SD Card,the change button is gray and can't be edited. 
In step 4, Music, Video, Gallery can not scan films on the SD card.

Android version: 4.4.4(Build Number 23.0.A.2.93)

This function works normally on latest build of flame v2.5 & aries v2.5.

Perhaps this is a permissions issue?

IIRC Android apps need a special permission in order to access the sdcard.

This bug affects me as well.
Android Version: 5.1.1
SD Card: Sandisk 16gb
Phone: MetroPCS LG Leon LTE
B2G Version: Latest Nightly Developer Preview --- Firefox OS 2.5?
