Actual Result:
When starting up firefox, immediately received "Secure Connection Failed" error. Error prevented visiting sites like www.flickr.com. Error prevented addons.mozilla.org to load correctly rendering it impossible to apply themes.

Expected Result:
There should not be a secure connection error, or if there is one the user should have the option to proceed anyway.

Steps to Recreate:
1. Launch Firefox developer.
2. Observe the error message.
3. Navigate to addons.mozilla.org
4. Observe the page does not display properly, as if HTML is being read but not CSS.
5. Navigate to themes and try to add a theme.
6. Observe this is impossible.
7. Navigate to flickr.
8. Observe the same error message as launch error message.

Notes:

Does not occur on chrome or ie.
Doesn't seem like a graphics issue. Seems more like networking?

The files are empty looks like they are too large to attach. Could you make the file size smaller (e.g. by converting to PNG)?

Lets see if this works

Trammel, does this happen only on that system? Does it happen with other Firefox versions?
