Details

When a browser window which isn't focused has two or more tabs open and one opens a dialog (like can't reach domain foo.com), the taskbar icon and titlebar flash to get the users attention. After bringing the broswer window to focus, the taskbar icon and titlebar keep flashing. This is in Mozilla 0.9.7 on Windows NT, I haven't checked any other versions.
