Details

Right now we don't have "full package paths" in mobile/android/tests/background/junit3. This ticket tracks fixing that. This lets us get rid of a "deep link" at https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/mobile/android/mach_commands.py#120, gettings us closer to having the app/ project in the source directory.
