The current link to bugherder from Treeherder, points to: https://mcmerge.paas.allizom.org/ Bugherder has been moved to Heroku, and will soon be available at: https://bugherder.mozilla.org (once the certificate/DNS parts are sorted in bug 1219214) However since the Stackato instance is broken (bug 1200669), so initially it would be good to point at https://mozilla-bugherder.herokuapp.com/ as a stop-gap. (And we can leave the bug open for changing it to the proper domain when it's ready).
