The "dash" examples on the first page are rendered with full lines, not dashed lines. The dashed lines on the second page are fine.
Page 6 also has a number of differences in rendering compared to Adobe Reader.

The lines don't show up at all in chrome and osx's preview. Acrobat seems to be the only one that display them correctly.

evince 3.14.1 shows them properly. mupdf 1.5 doesn't (it doesn't show the borders at all).
