Actual Result:
When the user attempts to watch the "Let It Snow" demo on the testdrive website for microsoft developers, the page auto-detects the wrong window size of 1047x32 and sets the image equal to that size.

Expected Result:
The correct window size should be detected so that images and animations are displayed properly.

Steps to Recreate:
1. Launch Firefox Developer v43
2. Navigate to dev.modern.ie/testdrive/demos/letitsnow/
3. Observe the animated image is extremely narrow, 32 pixels to be exact, instead of the correct height adjusted to the window dimensions.

As far as I can tell we have not regressed behaviour as this reproduces back to Firefox 24 (unless we regressed it way earlier). That said, this demo works fine in Chrome and Safari.
Does not work fine in Chrome for me on OS X 10.9 - it matches what Firefox does, by starting at full width, then resizing down to 32px height.

What about safari?
Windows 10:
* Firefox 44.0a1 and 41.0.2 show 32px height
* Internet Explorer 11 shows 32px height
* Chrome and Edge both show full window height

Ubuntu 15.10:
* Firefox 44.0a1 and 41.0.2 show 32px height
* Chrome and Ubuntu Browser show full window height

Mac OS 10.11.1:
* Firefox 44.0a1 and 41.0.2 show 32px height
* Chrome and Safari show full window height
Mac OS 10.9.5
* Chrome 47.0.2526.35 beta, 32px height

Same build for me on Mac OS 10.11.1 shows full window height. Not sure what could be different. Perhaps try on a new Chrome profile? or perhaps it's differing hardware or OS version? I don't know.
I think it'd help to get someone on this bug from Microsoft.
