You can't change the wallpaper from the new home screen (it's in Settings) - do we want to spend effort writing extra marionette tests for a deprecated application? (verticalhome)

We removed the test case from master branch because of new home screen. I think the best solution is "WONTFIX". Have a nice weekend. :)
