Scrolling on Mozdev Bugzilla search result pages is slow when dragging the
scrollbar or when using thew page up/down keys. Clicking the scrollbar arrows or
using the cursor keys seems ok, though.
Maybe this is a repainting issue.
BTW, this is on an 1400 MHz Athlong with a Geforce 2 GTS.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit URL (or use the Mozdev Bugzilla search form).
2. Scroll by dragging the scrollbar thumb.
3. Scroll by pressing page up/down.
Actual Results: CPU spikes, slow repaints.
Expected Results: No CPU spikes, fast scrolling, fast repaints.

No problem here. Mozilla 2002020208 on Windows XP Pro, AMD Athlon 1333 MHz, ATI
Radeon 8500.
