121984 - Build 2002012503 crashes after selecting Edit/Preferences/Themes

Description

the talkback agent crashes after hitting "Send" afterwards -
at the next mozilla start, together with the mozilla splash screen
an error about talkback being shut down appears ...

this happens every time after selecting Edit/Preferences/Themes

dup of http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=121860 but the crash of the
talkback agent could be its own bug. so either dup or change desc?

yes this is a dupe..

BTW: 
Reporter: We need the talkback ID from a crash. run mozilla\components\talkback.exe
manually after talkback submitted the crash to get the ID.
We can generate a full stack trace with symbols with your ID.

in all builds from 2002012503 thru 2002021611 which i am currently using 
talkback has crashed reliably each time it came up after mozilla crashes. and 
after restarting mozilla, talkback started and crashed again.

i have now simply replaced talkback.exe by the one from my Netscape 4.79 
installation, and now it works.
