Some times you want to do something different from your ususal pref.

JavaScript on/off works this way. Maybe you normally leave it on, but want to
turn it off when shopping to avoid popup adds... or maybe you normaly leave it
off, but want to turn it on for some site that requires JavaScript for some key
functionality.

T'would be nice if you could turn it on/off for just the current window/tab.

I'm not sure what a good UI would be for this. It's not likely to be a much-used
feature by the everyday joe, so maybe an out of the way menu item with
associated obscure keyboard association?
