From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.7) Gecko/20011221
BuildID: 0.9.7

It's all gone. The URL bar, the bookmark bar, everything except forward and back
icons. And no, it isn't that the bars have become minimized. It just all of a
sudden died. In fact, I can see all of it if I open a new window on a page that
will stall out - the URL field and everything is there, but it will vanish as
the page gets fully loaded. The browser is almost unusable at this point. Help!

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. I wish I knew how it started in the first place. I'd fix it if I could.
Reinstalling did not help. :( It also crashes much more frequently.
Try F11. You may be in Full Screen Mode.
Marking WFM as per reporter's comments via Email (Mozilla has been in Full
Screen mode indeed).
