[Steps] - put your phone in arabic or other rtl language - call it from another phone - answer the call - observe the toolbar with the mute, pause... buttons [expected] The order of the icons are mirrored in RTL, and is: pause | loud | add | keypad | mute [actual] The order stays the same and is mute | keypad | add | loud | pause
