Tabbing in form with <select multiple> stops on first select, [tab] does not go forward and [shift+tab] does not go backward. Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi 2. Press [tab] till focus is on "Status" select 2. Try to press [tab] or [shift+tab] Expected: Focus moves to next or previous item. Actual: Focus is stuck in select.
