We should investigate and eventually limit the size of the "UITelemetry" field in Telemetry pings, as it is unbounded and could potentially cause us troubles.

We are working on an improved system for UI events in this quarter, see bug 1286606. It will replace the current UITelemetry, so we won't invest more time into this.
