Details 
This was supposed to happen during the 43 cycle, and then it slipped to 44.  I forgot to flip the switch before the Aurora uplift, so here we are.
This should be tracking Fennec 44.

[Feature/regressing bug #]: Web Sign in to Firefox Accounts on Fennec.

[User impact if declined]: good things happen one release later.

[Describe test coverage new/current, TreeHerder]: manual testing.  This has been on Nightly for the entire 43 cycle and should have ridden the trains up.

[Risks and why]: low.  We've had Nightly testing for more than six weeks.

[String/UUID change made/needed]: none.  (All landed in 42 and 43.)

Looks like this is something that is meant to ride the trains, safe to uplift to Aurora44.
