User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:42.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/42.0
Build ID: 20151103081951
Steps to reproduce:
I opened any page that uses flash player to play videos in a new tab (Youtube using flash is a good example).
My operating system is Arch Linux. Flash player version 11,2,202,540. Firefox 42.0.
Actual results:
The tab showed as usual, but there is no indicator on the tab that the audio is playing. It is valid for all the video/audio streams I have played so far with flash player.
Expected results:
One would expect to have the audio indicator in tab to be available also for streams played with flash.

The last version of NPAPI Flash on Linux is 11. The API for audio muting was added in Flash 18. As far as I know, it will not be possible to use this feature with Flash on Linux.
